ObjectiveIn line with the saying that proof of the pudding is in the eating, Maiyas decided to diversify into food retail business. They were opening a chain of fast food outlets, to serve the products they were already manufacturing and selling through traditional retail.
These fast food outlets were meant to offer a stiff competition to the Darshinis, Shanthi Sagars and other popular South Indian QSR chains.

Keeping this idea in mind, we coined the name Maiyas Express and created an identity that depicts speed of delivery. We coined the brand name, created the brand identity and environment experience that was welcoming and memorable. We fused traditional elements, food, colours and motifs to create a new visual language that showcases a fresh new representation of traditional delicacies in their environment.
